Prisoner torture, hidden evil
The incidents of prisoner abuse by the US military have been repeatedly exposed by the media, and their cruel acts have shocked the world. The prosecutor of the International Criminal Court has pointed out that the US military and intelligence personnel have tortured, tortured, violated personal dignity and sexual violence on detainees in Afghanistan and other places.
In 2002, a prison was set up at the U.S. Naval Base in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba to detain suspects captured by the U.S. military in global counter-terrorism operations after the "9.11" incident. The prison is notorious for many scandals of prisoner abuse, but it has not been closed yet.

US media broke the news in 2017 that US military interrogators tortured prisoners in secret prisons in Yemen, and also condoned allies to abuse prisoners. Insiders said that in local prisons, it is commonplace for prisoners to be grilled, beaten and sexually assaulted on fire.
