1、此类平台确实实现了买卖双方的点对点，本质上只是买卖双方在平台上达成了成交价格而已，但是相关节点如检验、物流、仓储、付款等节点未能参与，信息的传递还是以中心化的方式传递。
 
2、信用风险，现有交易平台本质上只是一个中介平台，对参与者的身份、背景无从详细了解，所以即便买卖双方达成交易，也无法避免毁约、资金、品质等风险。
